Esthetician Job Opportunity!!!
Rebeccana Day Spa is looking for an experienced and passionate esthetician with great customer service qualities.
We are a skin care spa with our own product line and PCA products and peels located in San Carlos, CA.
Requirements:
A license from the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and current liability insurance Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed Esthetician Provide 2-3 references and a resume Excellent customer service, sales experience, and effective communication skills Product knowledge and product recommendation experience Basic computer skills An expert waxer (you do not need training, you can do a Brazilian in 30 minutes or less, and you do not cause broken hairs, in-growns or bruising to our customers) Must be neat, maintain cleanliness after every treatment and customer Must be friendly and positive so you build and maintain a good relationship with clients in order to keep them coming back
Additional Skills (not required but highly valued in a candidate):
Experience with make-up, lash extensions, LED, microdermabrasion, peels Having your own clientele
Compensation: 30-40% commission based on your work experience 15% commission for selling Rebeccana products 5% commission for selling PCA products employee discount: 30% from Rebeccana treatments and products
Hours: Part-time starting out, have the option to become a full-time employee based on whether you are a fast learner and are able to grow and maintain a clientele
Be able to work 5 days a week starting in the afternoon with short hours; or 3 days a week with long hours.
