Lucid Beauty is a tranquil skin care boutique located on Hayes Street in the heart of trendy Hayes Valley. We specialize in acne and anti-age treatments, and offer facials, waxing, threading, brow shaping and makeup application. We also have a nice retail area where we carry hand-picked favorite lines such as Epicuren, Cosmedix, True Mineral Makeup and Tokyo Milk.
We are currently looking for an esthetician to join our small team that has a great reputation for serious skin care and excellent threading. Lucid Beauty is in a prime location with overflow and many walk-ins, which is optimal for building a clientele.
Qualifications:
a California license 3 or more years of experience working in a salon or spa setting skills in brow shaping (threading a plus) and body waxing, especially with brazilian bikini waxing a love of performing facials and peels, and ability to educate clients about skin care and products to take home a strong desire to learn about new products and treatments great customer service skills, a positive attitude, motivation and the ability to work well in a team
The position can be full- or part-time, with shifts 11-7 or 10-6, up to 5 days/week. Pay will be on commission, based on the candidate's experience and skills. Bringing your own clientele is a plus!
