The magic of this wonderful elixir in oil form is its ingredient "mastiha" or "mastic" an extract from the mastiha tree native to Aegean Island of Chios, Greece. It has antioxidant, antibacterial, and antifugal properties, the other ingredients besides mastiha are BV-OSV (tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate) a stable oil soluble form of vitamin c, and madonna lilly plant stem cells. This treatment oil is perfect for skin that is suffering from the signs of photodamage and extrinsic aging, the formula packs a power punch with the stems cells and the vitamin C, it protects against cell damage, reduces UVA and UVB damage, has anti-aging properties, stimuates collagen sythesis, and inhibits melanogensis.
This is actually my second bottle and I was elated when I received it, the texture is silky smooth, has a very plesant odor and an attractive golden color, and it leave my skin feeling super luxurious, I wil be using "Mystid" until I run out, I may even buy a couple more bottles and use consecutively to reap even more benefits, stay tuned for my post-review.
